What setup includes — and where it stops

Setup is a one-time service. We build your account so you start with a working system instead of a blank one.

  • Your account created and configured — business profile and logo in place; the app itself runs in Rideline Pro's standard colors
  • Your included routes set up
  • Your price list entered from the list you provide
  • Client-list import from a spreadsheet, CSV, or a readable export from your current system
  • One 30-minute walkthrough on your real route and your real data
  • On Ultimate: your website built with your branding and your custom domain connected — you provide the words and photos, we build and connect it

The limits

  • Imports are counted in salons — every person inside a salon is always included; we never count or charge per individual
  • Pro setup ($299) includes us importing up to 100 salons for you; up to 1,000 salons is a $499 setup. Ultimate setup ($999) includes up to 1,000 salons imported
  • Paper records and photos of records are hand transcription, not import — quoted separately before any work begins
  • Setup brings in your current client list, price list, and upcoming visits — not past years of invoices and visit history
  • Records missing the basics (salon name, address, or a contact) are flagged back to you — we don't guess
  • Our setup is only as good as the list you provide. We import your file as you send it, so before launch you check the imported list and flag anything that's off. If we keyed something wrong, we fix it. If it was wrong in the list you sent, that review is where it gets caught — and you can correct records in the system any time
  • Your account is never capped. The numbers above are only about how much data entry we do for you during setup — you can add as many salons as you like yourself, any time, at no charge. Setup doesn't include ongoing data entry after launch

How it works

How per-route pricing works

A route is one sharpener running a concurrent route in a day. If you have two sharpeners out running routes at the same time, that's two routes.

Basic is solo: one sharpener, one route. Additional routes are not available on Basic — if you're running more than one route, Pro or Ultimate is the fit.

Pro and Ultimate: an extra route is $39/mo — another employee on the road, with their own day's run.

Pro and Ultimate include five logins; Basic includes two logins, for the sharpener and one teammate. Additional logins are $10 each per month — for example, a dispatcher or business partner login.
