Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the business and respond to you:

• Demo-request details you provide: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and service area.
• Account and billing information if you subscribe: your login credentials, plan details, and payment information needed to bill your subscription.
• Newsletter signups if you opt in: your email address, your first name if you give it, and which updates you asked for (the newsletter, joining information, or both).
• Website visits: we count page visits ourselves, on our own system — which page was viewed, which site referred the visit, and whether the visitor was a person using a browser or a named crawler or bot (such as a search engine). We do not store IP addresses, and we use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• respond to demo requests and answer your questions;
• send the newsletter or joining information you signed up for;
• provide the Rideline Pro service you signed up for;
• support you when you need help with your account.

Newsletter and joining information

If you sign up on this site for the newsletter or joining information, we ask you to confirm by email first: nothing is sent to you until you click the link in the confirmation email (double opt-in). Our email is sent for us by Brevo, our email service provider. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the emails. We never sell or share the signup list.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your personal information. Ever.
• We don't share customer lists. Your client list stays your client list; we never hand it to anyone else.
• We don't use your data for purposes you didn't ask for.

Data ownership

Your customer data is your business data. If you subscribe to Rideline Pro, the customers, appointments, invoices, and records you enter belong to you, and your data is exportable. Leaving doesn't mean losing your records right away: your records remain available for 60 days after your service ends, so you can export them or return to them. After 60 days without return, they are expunged.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers are connected. The visit counting described above is done by our own system — the counts stay with us and are never sent to an outside analytics company. If we connect an outside analytics provider in the future, we will name it here first. We will never quietly turn on invasive tracking without saying so on this page.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted here so you know what changed.
